Fotoğraf, video, dosya ve kişi içerikleriniz Kleaners tarafından sunucuya yüklenmez. İçerik analizi, Gizli Kasa ve rehber işlemleri cihazınızda yapılır. Abonelikleri çalıştırmak ve uygulamanın kullanımını ve performansını anlamak için üçüncü taraf hizmetlere sınırlı, kimliksiz veriler gönderilir. Bu nedenle “hiç veri toplanmıyor” demiyoruz.

1. Kapsam ve iletişim

Bu politika, Çağatay Abanoz tarafından sunulan Kleaners Phone Cleaner iOS uygulamasını (2.0 ve sonrası) kapsar. Diğer Kleaners uygulamalarının veri uygulamaları farklı olabilir. Gizlilik soruları ve talepleri için destek@kleaners.net adresine ulaşabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap açmanız, adınızı, telefonunuzu veya e-posta adresinizi girmeniz gerekmez.

2. Fotoğraflar, videolar ve dosyalar

Benzer fotoğraf, yinelenen içerik, ekran görüntüsü, Live Photo, büyük video ve seçtiğiniz klasörlerdeki dosya analizi cihaz üzerinde yapılır. Benzerlik tespiti Apple Vision ile üretilen sayısal parmak izlerine dayanır; bu parmak izleri yeniden taramayı hızlandırmak için yalnızca uygulamanın cihazdaki özel alanında saklanır, görsel içermez ve cihazdan çıkmaz. Bu içerikleri, dosya adlarını veya fotoğraf kitaplığınızı hiçbir hizmete göndermeyiz. Tarama olaylarıyla birlikte öğe sayısı ve toplam boyut gibi toplu ölçümler gönderilebilir; bunlar içerik dosyalarının kendisi değildir.

Fotoğraf ve video sıkıştırma ile Live Photo → sabit fotoğraf dönüşümü cihazda yapılır; küçültülmüş kopya kitaplığınızda doğrulanmadan orijinal silinmez; tarih, konum ve favori bilgisi korunur. Fotoğraflar iznini sınırlı veya tam erişim olarak seçebilirsiniz; sınırlı erişimde yalnızca izin verdiğiniz öğeler incelenir. Dosya erişimi sistem seçicisinde izin verdiğiniz konumlarla sınırlıdır. iCloud veya kullandığınız dosya sağlayıcısının senkronizasyonu kendi hizmet koşullarına tabidir.

3. Kişiler (rehber)

Kişiler izni verirseniz uygulama yinelenen ve boş kişileri bulmak, isimleri düzeltmek, kayıtları birleştirmek ve yedek almak için rehberinizi cihaz üzerinde okur. Kişi adları, numaralar ve e-postalar hiçbir sunucuya veya analiz hizmetine gönderilmez. Birleştirme ve silme işlemlerinden önce oluşturulan yedekler vCard dosyası olarak uygulamanın cihazdaki alanına veya Dosyalar’da seçtiğiniz konuma yazılır; bunları dilediğiniz zaman geri yükleyebilir veya silebilirsiniz. Analiz akışına yalnızca toplu sayılar (ör. bulunan grup sayısı) gidebilir.

4. Gizli Kasa ve Face ID

Gizli Kasa’ya taşıdığınız fotoğraf ve videolar uygulamanın cihazdaki özel alanına kopyalanır, iOS veri korumasıyla saklanır ve Face ID, Touch ID ya da cihaz şifrenizle açılır. Biyometrik doğrulamayı iOS yapar; uygulama biyometrik verinizi görmez, yalnızca başarılı/başarısız sonucunu alır. Kasa içeriği iCloud’a veya herhangi bir sunucuya yüklenmez ve analiz akışına dahil edilmez. Uygulamayı silerseniz kasa içeriği de silinir; silmeden önce öğeleri Fotoğraflar’a geri aktarın.

5. Abonelikler ve RevenueCat

Satın alma işlemleri Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Kart numaranıza veya banka bilgilerinize erişmeyiz. RevenueCat, aboneliklerin doğrulanması, Premium erişiminin yönetimi, satın alımların geri yüklenmesi ve abonelik analizleri için kullanılır. İşlenen bilgiler satın alma ve abonelik geçmişi, ürün ve işlem bilgileri, aboneliğin durumu ve RevenueCat’in oluşturduğu anonim uygulama kullanıcı kimliğini içerir. Uygulama bu kimliğe adınızı veya e-posta adresinizi eklemez. Fiyat, dönem ve varsa ücretsiz deneme koşulları satın almadan önce App Store’da gösterilir.

6. Kullanım ve performans analizi

TelemetryDeck, hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını ve uygulamanın nasıl çalıştığını anlamamıza yardımcı olur. Sınırlı teknik veriler şunları içerebilir:

Uygulama açılışı, izin verme, tarama, sonuç görüntüleme, Premium ekranı, satın alma, temizlik, sıkıştırma, kişi birleştirme, kasa kullanımı ve hatırlatıcı etkileşimleri.
SDK’nın varsayılan cihaz tanımlayıcısı, rastgele oturum kimliği, uygulama sürümü ve cihaz/işletim sistemi gibi teknik bilgiler.
İşlenen öğe sayıları, toplam boyut, tarama süresi, bellek kullanımı, termal durum ve işlem sonuçları.

Bu analiz akışına ad, e-posta, telefon, fotoğraf/video/dosya içeriği, kişi bilgisi, kasa içeriği veya kesin konum eklemeyiz. Bu verileri uygulama hesabı ya da gerçek kişi kimliğiyle eşleştirmeyiz.

7. Hizmet sağlayıcıları ve takip

Abonelik ve analiz verileri yukarıdaki amaçlarla Apple, RevenueCat ve TelemetryDeck tarafından işlenebilir. Kleaners Phone Cleaner reklam göstermez, reklam SDK’sı içermez; bu veri akışlarını uygulamalar veya web siteleri arasında reklam hedeflemek için kullanmaz ve kullanıcı verilerini veri komisyoncularına satmaz. İlgili sağlayıcıların uygulamaları: Apple gizlilik politikası, RevenueCat gizlilik politikası ve TelemetryDeck gizlilik politikası. Hizmet sağlayıcıları verileri bulunduğunuz ülke dışındaki sistemlerde işleyebilir.

8. Bildirimler, widget ve kontrolünüz

Hiçbir öğe sizin onayınız olmadan silinmez; her silme önce uygulamada, sonra iOS tarafından onaylanır. Fotoğraflar kitaplığından silinen öğeler Apple’ın Son Silinenler bölümüne taşınır ve normalde 30 gün boyunca geri alınabilir; bu nedenle depolama alanı hemen boşalmayabilir. Dosya sağlayıcılarının silme ve kurtarma kuralları farklı olabilir.

Bildirimler isteğe bağlıdır ve tamamen cihazda zamanlanır: ücretsiz deneme bitmeden önce hatırlatma ve aylık “yeni fotoğraflar birikti” hatırlatması. Push sunucusu kullanılmaz, cihaz belirteci toplanmaz; uygulama veya iOS ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz. Ana ekran widget’ı yalnızca cihazda hesaplanan “temizlenebilir alan” değerini gösterir. Fotoğraflar ve Kişiler erişimini iOS Ayarları’ndan değiştirebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek App Store aboneliğinizi otomatik iptal etmez.

9. Saklama, güvenlik ve talepler

Tarama geçmişi, parmak izi önbelleği, kişi yedekleri ve Gizli Kasa gibi yerel uygulama bilgileri cihazda tutulur ve uygulama silindiğinde silinir. Abonelik, analiz ve destek verilerinin saklanması ilgili hizmetin amacı ve sağlayıcının süreçlerine göre değişir; uygulamanın kaldırılması sağlayıcıların kayıtlarını otomatik silmeyebilir. Abonelik kaydı, erişim doğrulama ve geri yükleme için gerekli olabilir. Destek e-postası gönderirseniz, gönderdiğiniz adres ve mesaj içeriği talebinizi yanıtlamak için işlenir; destek için özel fotoğraf, kimlik belgesi veya ödeme kartı bilgisi göndermeyin. Uygulanabilir mevzuat kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme ve silme taleplerinizi iletişim adresimize iletebilirsiniz; sizi tanımlamayan analiz kayıtlarını sizinle eşleştiremeyebiliriz. İnternet üzerinden hiçbir aktarım veya depolama yöntemi için mutlak güvenlik garantisi verilemez.

10. Çocuklar ve değişiklikler

Uygulama 4+ derecelidir ve çocuklar dahil kimseden bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Veri uygulamalarımız değiştiğinde bu politika ve gerekli mağaza beyanları güncellenir; güncel sürüm bu adreste yayımlanır. Privacy Policy

Kleaners does not upload the contents of your photos, videos, files or contacts to a server. Content analysis, the Private Vault and contact operations run on your device. Limited, non-identifying data is sent to service providers to operate subscriptions and understand app usage and performance. This is not a “no data collected” app.

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers the Kleaners Phone Cleaner iOS app (version 2.0 and later) provided by Çağatay Abanoz. Other Kleaners apps may have different data practices. For privacy questions or requests, contact destek@kleaners.net. You do not need to create an account or enter your name, phone number or email address to use the app.

2. Photos, videos and files

Analysis of similar photos, duplicates, screenshots, Live Photos, large videos and files in folders you select takes place on-device. Similarity detection relies on numeric feature prints generated with Apple Vision; these are cached only in the app’s private storage on the device to speed up rescans, contain no imagery and never leave the device. We do not send this content, file names or your photo library to any service. Aggregate measurements such as item counts and total size may be sent with scan events; these are not the content files themselves.

Photo and video compression and Live Photo → still conversion run on-device; the original is never removed until the smaller copy has been verified in your library, and date, location and favorite metadata are preserved. You can grant limited or full Photos access; with limited access only the items you allow are examined. File access is limited to the locations you approve in the system picker. Synchronisation by iCloud or your file provider is subject to their own terms.

3. Contacts

If you grant Contacts access, the app reads your address book on-device to find duplicate and empty contacts, tidy names, merge records and create backups. Contact names, numbers and email addresses are never sent to a server or analytics service. Backups created before merge and delete operations are written as vCard files to the app’s on-device storage or a location you choose in Files; you can restore or delete them at any time. Only aggregate counts (for example, the number of groups found) may reach the analytics stream.

4. Private Vault and Face ID

Photos and videos you move into the Private Vault are copied into the app’s private container on your device, protected by iOS data protection and unlocked with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Biometric verification is performed by iOS; the app never sees your biometric data and only receives a success/failure result. Vault contents are not uploaded to iCloud or any server and are excluded from analytics. Deleting the app deletes the vault; export items back to Photos first.

5. Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store; we never access your card number or bank details. RevenueCat is used to validate subscriptions, manage Premium access, restore purchases and analyse subscriptions. Information processed includes purchase and subscription history, product and transaction details, subscription status and an anonymous app-user identifier generated by RevenueCat. The app does not attach your name or email address to this identifier. Price, period and any free-trial terms are shown in the App Store before you buy.

6. Usage and performance analytics

TelemetryDeck helps us understand which features are used and how the app performs. Limited technical data may include:

App launches, permission grants, scans, result views, the Premium screen, purchases, cleanups, compression, contact merges, vault use and reminder interactions.
Technical details such as the SDK’s default device identifier, a random session identifier, app version and device/OS.
Counts of processed items, total size, scan duration, memory usage, thermal state and operation outcomes.

We never add names, email addresses, phone numbers, photo/video/file content, contact data, vault contents or precise location to this stream, and we do not link it to an account or a real-world identity.

7. Service providers and tracking

Subscription and analytics data may be processed for the purposes above by Apple, RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck. Kleaners Phone Cleaner shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK; it does not use these data flows to target advertising across apps or websites and does not sell user data to data brokers. Provider policies: Apple, RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck. Providers may process data on systems outside your country.

8. Notifications, widgets and your control

Nothing is deleted without your confirmation; every deletion is confirmed in the app and then by iOS. Items deleted from the Photos library move to Apple’s Recently Deleted album and can normally be recovered for 30 days, so storage may not free up immediately. File providers may have different deletion and recovery rules.

Notifications are optional and scheduled entirely on-device: a reminder before a free trial ends and a monthly “new photos have piled up” reminder. No push server is used and no device token is collected; you can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings. The Home Screen widget only shows the “cleanable space” value calculated on your device. You can change Photos and Contacts access in iOS Settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.

9. Retention, security and requests

Local app information such as scan history, the feature-print cache, contact backups and the Private Vault is kept on the device and removed when the app is deleted. Retention of subscription, analytics and support data depends on each service’s purpose and the provider’s processes; uninstalling the app may not automatically delete provider records, and subscription records may be needed for access verification and restores. If you email support, the address and message content you send are processed to answer your request; please do not send private photos, identity documents or payment card details. You may send access, correction and deletion requests under applicable law to our contact address; we may be unable to match non-identifying analytics records to you. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

10. Children and changes

The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. When our data practices change, this policy and the required store disclosures are updated and the current version is published at this address. This page describes the app’s privacy policy; the website’s hosting provider may process standard technical access logs to serve the page.
